Yes, we offer direct billing to most major insurance providers. Please bring your insurance details with you to your appointment. If your provider isn’t eligible for direct billing, we’ll issue a receipt you can use to submit for reimbursement.

Yes! We accept cash, debit, credit (Visa and Mastercard), and e-transfer. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

We are located at 468 Cumberland Ave, Hamilton. When you arrive, enter through the doors on Cumberland and head down to the basement level. Our unit is B7, located at the end of the long hallway on the right. At the end of the hallway, you will see a door on the left. You’ll find a waiting area just inside the door.

Yes, there is a small parking lot to the right of the building near the train tracks. If the lot is full, there’s plenty of free street parking available in front of the townhouses on Cumberland Avenue.

Our hours vary slightly by practitioner, but generally, we’re open:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
