ABOUT

Wellness & Healing in Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster & Burlington, ON

Rooted In Compassion, Guided By Experience & Centered On You.

Our Purpose, Mission & Vision

  • Our name reflects where we’re planted - Right here, in a historic red brick building next to the park, in a neighbourhood full of character. It’s a nod to the community we serve and the grounded, recognizable care we provide. We are proud of our unique space and we can’t wait to welcome you through our doors.

We’re here for you - The people who live and work in this city.

  • Inclusive. Personal. No referral needed. Whether you’re recovering or decompressing, your reasons are valid - And your wellbeing is our priority. Our mission is to support your wellbeing, no matter who you are, where you’ve come from, or where you’re going. Our goal is for you to feel seen, supported and safe while receiving exceptional treatment.

  • We are a clinic built to last with a team that cares deeply and a reputation that speaks for itself. We’re creating something that goes beyond one therapist - A space where aligned practitioners can focus on their clients, support pain management, reduce stress, create treatment plans and do it all in a community that feels like coming home.

OUR VALUES

What We Stand For

You First:

Your goals, your comfort, your pace. Always.

Inclusive & Safe:

No judgment. Just care.

Evidence-Informed:

Science over trends.

Collaborative Care:

If we’re not the right fit, we’ll help you find who is.

We’re here to offer care that’s real, responsive, and rooted in trust. You don’t need to justify taking care of yourself - You just need a place that gets it. That’s what we’ve built.

GET TO KNOW WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH

Real People Giving Real Care

We’re not robots in uniforms - We’re experienced, personable and professional therapists who take our work seriously, but ourselves? Not so much! You’ll always deal directly with your practitioner for bookings and billing, and if you ever have questions, we are a quick email or call away. This is a place where people stay for a long-term therapeutic relationship, and we like it that way.

Diana Matteucci

RMT, Owner & Founder

My name is Diana Matteucci, and I’ve been a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist for over 13 years. I’m a proud member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario and remain in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

In my practice, I support clients in their management and recovery from a wide range of concerns, such as muscular/joint pain, migraine/tension headaches, stress and burnout. I also have training in lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage therapy.

I take a collaborative and client-centered approach to care, working closely with each individual to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and relieve both acute and chronic pain. My training includes Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage.

Kathleen Kelly

RMT

I am a Registered Massage Therapist with over 9 years of experience, having earned my diploma from Westervelt College in 2015. I further honed my skills by completing the Medical Acupuncture program at McMaster University and later pursued certification in RMT Shiatsu Massage through the Shiatsu School of Canada. In my practice, I take a holistic approach to healing, integrating the body, mind, and spirit. I believe that personalized, client-centered care is essential for achieving optimal health.

Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, stress reduction, or a boost to your overall well-being, I specialize in a variety of techniques, including acupuncture, Shiatsu, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, deep tissue, Indian Head Massage, and both therapeutic and relaxation massage. Let’s work together to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs and lifestyle.

Sam Milliken

Osteopath

I am a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and I bring over eight years of clinical experience in Massage Therapy to my Manual Osteopathic practice. With extensive training in anatomy, physiology, and classical principles of osteopathy, I apply a structured, mechanical approach to facilitate return to health and improve patient outcomes. My treatments are grounded in the fundamental osteopathic philosophy that the body is a self- regulating, self-healing system. I am committed to delivering the highest standard of care through precise assessment, thoughtful treatment planning, and a continual refinement of my skills. I works with a wide range of patients and conditions, with a focus on restoring health and mobility and performance.

Outside of clinical practice, I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my wife and daughter and maintain my own well-being through running and yoga.

Sarah Waldman-Engel

Massage Therapist

I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College in Scarborough in 2016. During my time in the program, I gained valuable experience through various clinical placements, including the Low Back Pain Strategy clinic, inpatient and outpatient oncology at Scarborough Hospital, palliative and complex care at Michael Garrison Hospital, and providing and teaching infant massage to caregivers.

I am dedicated to offering my clients treatments that promote both healing and relaxation, with the aim of enhancing overall mental and physical well-being. With experience working in both clinical and spa settings throughout my career, I recognize the significance of both aspects in achieving optimal wellness. My primary objective is to assist clients in living more comfortably by harnessing the healing benefits of Massage Therapy. I constantly seek to strike the perfect therapeutic pressure with everyone, ensuring that treatments are safe, effective, and tailored to meet their unique needs.

In 2020, I relocated from Toronto to Hamilton. Outside of her professional life, I enjoys spending quality time with my husband and our cats. I pursued studies in Fine Art prior to embarking on my path in Massage Therapy and continues to indulge my creativity during my leisure time. It was this artistic background that initially sparked my passion for anatomy and meticulous work, a passion that I fully embraced throughout her education in Massage Therapy.
